17	SHELF LIFE: Twelve months when stored at an ambient temperature of 75^o F at 0 - 90% humidity. DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE.
18	PACKAGING: The physical success of Errth Flex finishing is very much related to the formulation. Packaging extends shelf life to over one year. MSDS, Installation instructions, graphic labels and contractor labels are on each product shipment Five gallon pails allow for easy shipping by both UPS or by pallet

20	SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces should be free of defects and contamination. All contaminants such as dust, dirt, efflorescence, mold, mildews, adhesives, glues, oils, soaps, wax, surface sealers and medium to heavy chalk must be removed to ensure proper adhesion to the substrate. Cleaners or degreasers such as Tri Sodium Phosphate or other equal to concrete cleaners have been used successfully. All cleaners or removers must be rinsed entirely clean from the substrate. Chipping or peeling paint must be removed prior to application of paint. Rinse substrate thoroughly and allow to dry.
21	APPLICATION: APPLICATION: Do not apply coating system below 45^o F. Best results are obtained when surface and air temperatures are above 50^o F and below 100^o F. Surfaces should unpainted, clean, dry and sound. ERRTH-FLEX Base Coat should cure for 24hours before the application of ERRTH-FLEX Finish Coat. Times will vary due to weather conditions. Concrete surfaces must be cured for 28 days before application.
